understand and agree that I will be billed four (4) monthly
payments of $99.00 to equal the total cost of $396. ($389.95
+ $6.05 service fee)
The first installment ($99) will be charged immediately. The
3 remaining installments will be billed monthly, on this day,
starting next month.
