date of purchase or we will refund the purchase

PRODUCT WARRANTY
You can expect a lifetime of trouble free use
from your Biozone Scientific Purifier. Our product
is designed to last! Our components and moving
parts are the highest quality available in the
world! It is for this reason Biozone Scientific,
the manufacturer, is able to warrantee all of
our products for a full 3 Years! If at
any time during the first three years your purifier
unit does not operate properly, ship it back for
full replacement.
Although the patented design UV Bulb, the heart
of your new purifier, is designed to last for
two (2) years continuous service, it is recommended
that you replace the Bulb after 12 months continuous
use to insure maximum purification capability.

Bulb for 3 years from date of purchase.
When placing your order, we suggest that you print
a receipt for your personal records. It will have
our telephone number, physical address and email
address. Contact our Customer
Service Department at any time concerning
your questions or for other information. If for
any reason you need to contact us, we promise
to personally resolve any issues that may have
arisen to the best of our abilities.

RETURNS
If the unit does not meet your expectation, for
any reason, at any time you can return your product
for a full refund. Return shipping is not refundable
and initial shipping charges may be incurred on
return products.
SHIPPING DATE
Biozone Scientific Air Purifiers typically ship
product within 2-3 days of receiving your order
(except for orders paid by check). Orders are
typically shipped via UPS. Notice: We are currently
experiencing high demand for this product line,
this has caused a delay of up to 2-3 weeks in
shipping for some products. We are working to
get back to the 2-3 day turn-around, but increasing
public demand for our air purifiers has created
a short "back-order" period. We will
be updating this section as the situation progresses.
We will email your tracking information the day
your order has been shipped. We are glad to see
the popularity of our air purifiers, and thank
you all for your patience.
