the use of your new Biozone Scientific Purifier
for 90 DAYS or Mitsubishi PlasmaPure, Alamio and
Sunpentown products for 30 DAYS from the date
of purchase or we will refund the purchase price
of the unit, NO QUESTIONS ASKED!
Product Warranty:
You can expect a lifetime of trouble free use
from your Biozone Scientific Purifier. Our product
is designed to last! Our components and moving
parts are the highest quality available in the
world! It is for this reason Biozone Scientific,
the manufacturer, is able to warrantee all of
our products for a full 3 Years! If at
any time during the first three years your purifier
unit does not operate properly, ship it back for
full replacement.
Sunpentown and Mitsubishi products come with a
1 year manufacturer warranty. If at any time during
the first year your unit does not operate properly,
ship it back for a full replacement.
Although the patented design UV Bulb, the heart
of your new purifier, is designed to last for
two (2) years continuous service, it is recommended
that you replace the Bulb after 12 months continuous
use to insure maximum purification capability.

Bulb for 1 year from date of purchase.
Shipping
Charges:
anywhere in the Continental U.S. on orders over
$150.00 USD via Ground.
We also ship anywhere in the world for reasonable
rates. If you are ordering from outside of the
U.S. we offer reduced rates on Next Day and 2nd
Day shipping. Please read the SHIPPING

that follows.
Shipping
Times:
Biozone Scientific Air Purifiers typically ship
product within 2-3 days of receiving your order
(except for orders paid by check). Orders are
typically shipped via UPS. Notice: We are currently
experiencing high demand for this product line,
this has caused a delay of up to 2-3 weeks in
shipping for some products. We are working to
get back to the 2-3 day turn-around, but increasing
public demand for our air purifiers has created
a short "back-order" period. We will
be updating this section as the situation progresses.
We will email your tracking information the day
your order has been shipped. We are glad to see
the popularity of our air purifiers, and thank
you all for your patience.
Returns:
If the unit does not meet your expectations, for
any reason, at any time in the first 90 days of
purchase, you can return your product for a full
refund. Return shipping is not refundable and
initial shipping charges may be incurred on return
products.
All
returns are required to have a Return Authorization
Number (RAN) clearly displayed on the outside
of the returned item. Returned products will
not be accepted by Ameripure Technologies unless
an authorized RAN has been issued. A request
for a (RAN) number shall be made by calling
our customer care number; 1-877-281-1967. Customer
Care shall issue the RAN by telephone at the
time you call to notify Ameripure of your return.
In
order to allow proper time to test and appraise
returned units, Ameripure Technologies shall
requires a 10 day evaluation period from the
day the returned product arrives at our warehouse.
A
check will be issued for the refund based on
the following conditions:
(A)
Item must be returned in 100% saleable condition
with original carton, packing and paperwork.
If original papers, packing and/or carton are
not returned in 100% saleable condition, a 20%
restocking fee will be charged.
Returned
in 1 to 30 days from the ship date:
A full refund of purchase price will be refunded
as long as the conditions in paragraph (A) have
been met.
Returns
from 31 to 60 days from the ship date:
85% of the purchase price will be refunded as
long as the conditions in paragraph (A) have
been met.
Returns
from 61 to 90 days from the ship date:
75% of the purchase price will be refunded as
long as the conditions in paragraph (A) have
been met.
Any
unit returned without a RAN will be refunded
at 50% of the purchase price. Any additional
shipping costs shall be the sole responsibility
of the customer, including but not restricted
to the charges incurred for a delivery refusal.
