Biozone air purifiers produce a small amount
of ozone which enables the production of
the hydroxyl radicals. As the ozone is produced,
it is exposed to the UV light, which breaks
the O3 (ozone) into O2- and O1 which are
charged oxygen and oxygen singlet molecules.
The O1 molecules combine with hydrogen atoms
in the air to make OH (hydroxyl radicals).
